About Denni
Denni prides herself on being available to the people in her life, both personally and professionally. She grew up in tiny Crescent City, Florida, where community was celebrated, and everyone was treated like family. The habit of care and compassion for others is one she has carried with her ever since.
After becoming a military spouse and making several moves with her husband and their three children, Denni now calls Evans, Georgia their forever home. She understands the importance of partnering with a responsive agent while in transition to or from a new home, neighborhood, town or country. Home buyers and sellers alike appreciate her standard of reliability and commitment to never make a promise that she cannot keep.
Earning trust is an ability that has served Denni well in her past endeavors. With a degree in Business Administration with a focus on health care, she worked for over 5 years as a coordinator in a dialysis access center, where her empathy was both evident and essential. For several years before that she worked with her mother, traveling and building relationships with families involved in Stars Over Georgia pageants, largely for the purpose of contributing to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. She has even been employed with a pet-sitting business, which many people consider the ultimate show of trust!
After retirement from the US Army, Denni’s husband opened an HVAC company, which inspired her to build her own business as well. And nothing blends love of community, experience in transition, empathy for others, commitment to service and ability to build trust like real estate does. Her diligent efforts earned her the Rising Star Award from her brokerage in 2020, and she continues to receive top agent awards and praise from her business associates and clients.
Denni is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. She is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
